IPC-A-610 for Certified IPC Trainer (CIT) 24-MAR-2025
IPC-A-610, Acceptability of Electronic Assemblies, is the most widely used specification published by IPC with an international reputation as THE source for end-product acceptance criteria in both consumer and high-reliability electronic assemblies. A comprehensive and technical program, this certification will improve candidates’ accuracy of ‘discrimination’ between an ‘acceptable’ and ‘non-conforming’ electronic assembly per the IPC-A-610 standard, leading to continuous improvement in product quality and reliability.
Certification will demonstrate your commitment to customer requirements and greatly assist any company dedicated to ISO-9000 or other quality assurance initiatives. The IPC training and certification has immediate recognition, legitimacy and value with thousands worldwide having been trained and certified in IPC-A-610.
This certification is a lecture-only based course and does not include any hand-soldering instruction. Candidates will be trained to correctly apply the acceptable/non-conforming criteria for the applicable class of production: Consumer Products (Class 1), General Industrial (Class 2), and High Reliability (Class 3).
