About Additional Company Membership

To sign up as an additional company member, please contact your company's primary contact for your coupon code. The code will allow you to complete the sign up process without payment. Please note that your company will be charged separately $50 per year while your membership remains active.

Member Declaration

I, the person identified in the Personal Contact Details above, in submitting this application agree to:
A) Be bound by and comply with the Surface Mount & Circuit Board Association Limited constitution from this date until the date on which I cease to be a member of the Company, or the Constitution is repealed or modified in accordance with the Corporations Act (whichever occurs first).
B) To guarantee to contribute up to a maximum amount of $10.00 to the assets of the Company if it is wound up while I remain a member of the Company or within one year afterwards and at the time of winding up the debts and liabilities of the Company exceed its assets.
